Serve At King’s Fellowship
Thank you for wanting to serve at King’s Fellowship. This church runs on people who show up early, stay late, and give their time to care for others, so we’re grateful you want to be one of them. Before you sign up, it helps to know that we have two kinds of volunteer roles: serving roles and ministering roles.
Serving roles
Serving roles are door greeters, tech, parking lot team, and setup and teardown. They are open to anyone who professes faith in Christ, whether or not you’re a member. Scripture calls every believer to serve one another (1 Pet 4:10), and because of that, we want to make room for you.
Ministering roles
Ministering roles are worship, prayer, prophetic, and teaching, which covers kids ministry. These roles are for members of King’s Fellowship. We ask for membership because Scripture holds those who teach and minister to God’s people to a higher standard (James 3:1). Membership is also how we come to know your life and doctrine, and how you come under the care of our leaders (Heb 13:17).
Team leads
Every volunteer team has a team lead. Team leads may set requirements of their own, so yours will walk you through them when you sign up.
